CONTRACT AND PAYMENT

If there is interest in working with us, by appointment, it will be possible to meet us in our offices, talk about our services, and we will show you the work by answering all your questions.

If you are satisfied with our services and are ready to sign a contract, we will arrange the next meeting. This can take place both in our office and on site. At this meeting, the contract is signed, payment is made in advance and work begins directly on the project. In the same meeting the terms of reference for the project are elaborated.

The cost of the services for the development of the Interior Design Project can be found out by contacting us. Payment for the Design takes place in several stages. At the time of signing the Contract, an advance will be paid for an amount equal to 25% of the Contract (phase 1); after the approval and delivery of the first documents of the Feasibility Study and of the General Project, 50% is paid (phase 2). The final settlement of the remuneration takes place at the time of Delivery of the Executive Project to the Client and to the Construction Site.
Terms of processing a real project (drawing) - from 1.5 months, depending on its complexity.

DESIGN: TIMES AND COSTS

The drafting of an Interior Architecture, Engineering, Design or Garden Design Project is very individual. Generally, for a medium-sized Interior Design Project, 1.5 - 2 months of work are expected, but all projects depend on the real wishes and possibilities of the Client, on the availability of the material and on the inputs of the Client itself. Furthermore, the economic factor affects both the design choice and the quantity and timing of the documents.

The development of the Interior Design Project includes the following services:

Measurement and evaluation of the state of the object

Development plan and feasibility study

Sketches, 3D renderings and explanatory layouts

Detailed executive drawings and specifications

Selection of finishing materials and decorations, furniture and supplies

PROJECT COMPOSITION

The design project makes it possible to convey the concept of the interior and the methods of its implementation in a very clear way. In addition to a complete set of drawings necessary for the finishing work in the design, it includes sketches of each room, performed on the computer (3D) or in manual graphics, drawing of walls and main compositional elements (columns, decorative walls and etc.) .

Externally, the design project is an A3 album with a thickness of 25-40 pages.
