DESIGN PROJECT: SUPERVISION
Field supervision includes:
- regular on-site inspection of the entire building by the architect
- the adjustments to the working drawings emerged after the dismantling of the old building and the new partitions, after the leveling of floors, walls and ceilings
- consultancy and control of compliance with the agreed works, and in the project documentation
At the same time, accessories, curtains, paintings, bespoke decorative elements and lighting to order are chosen in the construction process. Coordination is also ensured on site. Our suppliers are masters of the trade (furniture makers, carpenters, etc.)
Finally approved by all the selected position will be chosen:
- The finishing materials
- Furniture
- Type of paint (with relative test on separate walls).
DESIGN PROJECT: ADDITIONAL DECORATION SERVICES
If you have chosen our product, this service is included in the author's supervision. If you need to renovate and organize existing houses (and not produced by our studio), the total cost of the services for the re-design and decoration are discussed individually.
Decoration includes a selection of interior decorative elements in the final stage of the repair work, when the created interior plan is clearly indicated. The task of the decorators is to make the interiors stylistically unique, highlight the "highlight" of the project, to underline their aesthetic identity.
The service includes:
- Selection of furniture,
- Consultation with the designer
- Selection of paintings, sculptures and other works of art
- Selection of crockery, cutlery
- Realization of the curtain design project
- Order in one textile set which includes curtains, bedspreads, tablecloths, bed linen
- Lighting selection
- Selection of elegant accessories
At the same time, a series of consultations with specialists and internal exhibition tours, salons and shops.
DESIGN PROJECT: EXCLUSIVE ELEMENTS DEVELOPMENT, STYLIZATION
The first type of service is the elaboration of some exclusive internal elements such as stained glass windows, stairs, custom furniture, fireplaces, etc. The costs of developing the sketches and drawings of each of these elements and their conditions are very individual. This service can be ordered at the development stage of the working part of the design project.
Redesign of the existing interiors to any particular style (gothic, baroque, liberty, etc.), which require patient work by the architect, designer and artist on the development of the individual elements that give the interiors a harmonious completeness conceptual and stylistic. This project includes stucco, decorative niches, columns, wall graphics, bas reliefs, three dimensional curls etc.
3D - OBJECT DISPLAY
It allows the visualization of the object in 3D already in the design phase and to see the approximate result of the project. Continuous updating of professional programs that allows very precise visualizations with photographic quality, to create a future vision of the interior. With these programs you can better evaluate the final choices and are of great help in our work.
